1.  How do I take the best care of my new jewelry?

We always recommend you avoid products with alcohol, lotion, and sunscreen. While our pieces are water resistant, it is best to avoid leaving them wet. Do not shower or swim with your jewelry. Make sure to dry them after getting wet with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaner. To keep your jewels looking their best, keep them stored separately in their original bag provided or display them proudly in a dry, shady place.

Our gold plated jewelry is of the highest quality with the ultimate thickness and vacuum sealant to ensure long lasting wear. It is possible for pieces to tarnish over time and if not cared for as stated above.

2. What is your exchange policy?

We will do our best to make your exchange as seamless as possible. Please email us at customerservice@wearheirloom.com if you need a different size. If the size you need is available, we will send you a shipping label to return your item. It must be unworn and in the original packaging to receive your store credit to purchase the correct size.
